Official rules

1. Eligibility

The Tropical Torque Dream Car Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) United States other than Florida and New York, and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Residents of the State of Florida and the State of New York are not eligible to enter or win. Employees, officers and directors of Tropical Torque (the "Sponsor") and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Residency and age are confirmed during verification; an entry from an ineligible person is void even if it is drawn. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

2. How to enter

Online. Buy a digital wallpaper pack at tropicaltorque.com. Each pack is an exclusive Lamborghini Urus wallpaper poster for phone and desktop, delivered as a download by email after checkout, and includes bonus entries into the Sweepstakes: Bronze (100 bonus entries, $10), Silver (400 bonus entries, $35), Gold (2,000 bonus entries, $100) or Platinum (6,000 bonus entries, $250). The Torque Club membership ($49 every four weeks) includes a new wallpaper and 1,200 bonus entries each cycle. You can buy as many packs as you like. Bonus entries are linked to the name and email address used at checkout and are confirmed by email together with your entry numbers. Purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Without purchase (alternative method of entry). To enter without buying anything, hand-print your full name, complete street address (no P.O. boxes), age, a valid email address and a phone number on a clean 3 × 5 inch postcard or index card, and mail it with proper postage to Tropical Torque at the mailing address for cards shown below this section. Each valid, legible mail-in card received earns 100 entries, the same number of entries as the $10 Bronze wallpaper pack. Mail-in cards must be postmarked by January 20, 2027 and received no later than January 27, 2027 to be included in the drawing. Limit one card per outer mailing envelope. The envelope must carry a legible return address and must be hand-addressed; printed labels, photocopies and metered postage are not accepted. You may mail in as many cards as you like, as long as each is sent separately. Tropical Torque is not responsible for mail that is lost, late, misdirected or short on postage. Mail-in entries go into the same drawing as purchased entries and have the same chance per entry of being drawn.

Entry multipliers and bonuses. From time to time Tropical Torque may run promotions that multiply the entries you receive, or add bonus entries to orders above a stated amount. A multiplier applies equally to purchases made and to mail-in cards postmarked while the promotion is active. To claim one on a mail-in card, write the promotion code on the card.

One person, one identity. Entries must be in the entrant's own legal name. Entries are not transferable and cannot be sold, pooled or assigned to anyone else. Using multiple accounts, false details or automated tools to enter will void every entry from that person.

3. The prize and cash alternatives

The Grand Prize is one 2022 Lamborghini Urus, with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $205,000. The photographs and specification on this site show a 2022 Lamborghini Urus of the kind to be awarded; the final color, mileage and options of the prize vehicle are confirmed and published before the drawing. The vehicle is awarded as-is, with no warranty from Tropical Torque beyond any manufacturer coverage that remains.

Winner's cash option. The winner may choose to receive $100,000 in cash instead of the vehicle. The choice must be made in writing within [7] days of completing verification and cannot be changed afterwards. The cash option is paid by [bank transfer or cashier's check] within [30] days of the signed paperwork being returned.

Contingent cash alternative. Tropical Torque reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to award a cash prize equal to [PERCENTAGE, e.g. 50]% of the net proceeds generated during the Sweepstakes period in lieu of the vehicle, in the event that the minimum commercial thresholds needed to secure the vehicle's title are not met.

The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, and, if the vehicle is awarded, for registration, title fees, insurance, and collection of the vehicle. Vehicle pickup is coordinated directly with the verified winner at a secure professional location in Florida; any travel to collect the vehicle is at the winner's expense. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged except as set out in this section.

4. Winner selection

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible online purchase entries and valid mail-in entries. Every eligible entry will be printed onto uniform, identical paper slips and placed into a traditional raffle barrel. The drawing will be conducted on or about February 3, 2027 by physically drawing a single winning slip from the thoroughly mixed barrel. The drawing will be live-streamed on Instagram (@TropicalTorque) and recorded in one continuous, unedited take. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. You do not need to be watching, or present, to win.

5. Notification and verification

The potential winner will be contacted by email and phone within [3] business days of the drawing and must respond within [7] days. Before the prize is released, the winner must show valid government-issued photo ID proving age and state of residence, sign an affidavit of eligibility and, where lawful, a liability and publicity release, and complete the paperwork needed to transfer the vehicle or pay the cash alternative. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, turns out to be ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be drawn from the remaining entries in the same way.

6. How we contact you, and scams

Tropical Torque contacts entrants and the winner only from torquetropical@gmail.com, (239) 823-2376 and our Instagram account, @TropicalTorque. We will never message you from a personal or backup account, call or text you from a random number, ask you to pay a fee, tax or deposit to claim a prize, or ask for gift cards, cryptocurrency, login or verification codes, or banking details. The winner pays nothing to Tropical Torque to receive the prize. Anyone asking for these things is not acting for Tropical Torque; please do not respond, and report it to torquetropical@gmail.com. Tropical Torque is not responsible for losses caused by third parties impersonating it.

7. Taxes

The prize, whether the vehicle or a cash alternative, is taxable income. Tropical Torque will report its value to the IRS and give the winner the required tax form. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that Tropical Torque may use their name, likeness, hometown and statements about the Sweepstakes in promotional material, in any media, without further payment.

9. General conditions

Tropical Torque may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, enters by automated means, or behaves in a way that is disruptive or dishonest. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned for reasons beyond Tropical Torque's control, it may be suspended or modified; in that case the prize will still be awarded by random drawing from all eligible entries received up to that point. Tropical Torque's decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

10. Messages and privacy

By entering, you agree to receive emails and text messages from Tropical Torque about this Sweepstakes, including entry confirmations and the winner announcement, and occasional promotional messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email; opting out does not affect entries you have already submitted. Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy.

11. Social platforms

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Meta or Apple.

12. Winner's name

The winner will be announced on Instagram (@TropicalTorque). You can also request the winner's name by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Tropical Torque at the mailing address in section 2, within [60] days after the drawing.
