Shipping policy

Nothing we sell is shipped. Wallpaper packs are delivered as a download link on your order confirmation page and by email, usually within minutes of checkout. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then email torquetropical@gmail.com with your order number.

Checkout asks for your U.S. address to confirm giveaway eligibility; nothing is sent to it, and the "Digital delivery" option is always free. Orders cannot be placed from Florida or New York addresses.

Torque Club wallpapers are delivered by email each billing cycle.

The giveaway prize vehicle is not shipped. Pickup is coordinated directly with the verified winner at a secure professional location in Florida, as described in the Official Rules.
