Refund policy

All Tropical Torque products are digital wallpaper files and memberships, delivered by download link and email immediately after checkout. Because delivery is instant, all sales are final: we do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds, credits or exchanges, except where the law requires it.

If your download link does not arrive or does not work, email torquetropical@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend it.

Torque Club can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing cycle, and benefits already delivered are not refundable.

Bonus giveaway entries have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred. Disputing or charging back a completed payment voids every entry connected to that payment.
