Cancellation policy

Torque Club is a recurring membership billed every 4 weeks. You can cancel at any time from your customer account (Manage subscriptions) or by emailing torquetropical@gmail.com from the email address on your order. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. It does not refund the cycle already paid, and benefits already delivered for that cycle (the wallpaper and the bonus entries) are not refundable or reversed.

There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. If a renewal payment fails, your membership pauses until it succeeds, and no bonus entries are issued for an unpaid cycle.

We may change the membership price or benefits with at least 14 days' notice by email. Changes apply only to cycles billed after the notice period, and you can cancel before then.

Torque Club is not available to residents of Florida or New York. One-time wallpaper packs are not subscriptions and are not affected by this policy; they are final sale as described in our Refund policy.
